Time is Limited, But Your Life Shouldn’t Be

How’s your New Year’s Resolution coming along?  If you’ve given up already, you’re not alone.  What was the excuse you used to justify not keeping the resolution?

No, I’m not here to judge you, I’m here to help.  Chances are you felt like you didn’t have the time.  Time constraints are one of the biggest reasons we fail to change our lives for the better.  Leo writes today about the simple things we can do to find the time we need to do the things we know we should be doing.

If you want to work out more, write an ebook or even just plain find more time to sleep, you can find the time.  It’s right there in front of you.  Cut out some TV, stop surfing the internet, unplug at work and get work done, go find a quiet space so you can focus more on the task at hand, do two things at once and so on.

There are literally dozens of things that you can do – all simple things really – to find the time you need to change your life.

Don’t make “no time” an excuse for not reaching a goal or for not improving your life.  You can find the time you need, you just have to look for the wasted minutes here and there on tasks that aren’t adding value to your life.

Simple right?  Sure it is, now go and find some time to do something amazing!
